Terms of service
The rules of the road for using ForumFrame.
Last updated 21 April 2026
1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of ForumFrame. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ForumFrame provides hosted community forums. Features evolve over time. We may add, change, or remove functionality. We will not remove data you own without notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. One human, one account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ForumFrame to harass, defraud, distribute malware, or host illegal content. We may suspend forums that violate these rules. Enforcement is proportionate, not punitive.
5. Subdomains and reservations
Reserving a subdomain on the waitlist holds it for you for 90 days after the product opens. If you do not convert, the reservation is released and may be claimed by others. You can release it sooner from your confirmation email.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant ForumFrame a license to host and display it as part of operating the service. You can export or delete it at any time.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, tax handling, and refund policy are published on the pricing page and finalized before paid plans open.
8. Termination
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, with notice where practical.
9. Limits of liability
ForumFrame is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous twelve months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the changelog and by email to account holders at least seven days before they take effect.
