Run it like you mean to.
Member growth, engagement pulse, top contributors, category health, mod load — the numbers that tell you whether the community is working, in one dashboard you don't have to assemble.

Stat strip
ShippedMembers, posts, reactions, mod queue depth — with week-over-week deltas. The top of the dashboard tells you in three seconds whether things are growing, flat, or fading.
- 02
Top contributors
ShippedThe members driving the most activity, with role chips + trend arrows. Helps you spot regulars approaching auto-promotion thresholds, and notice when long-time contributors slow down.
- 03
Mod queue depth
ShippedOpen review-queue items, oldest unhandled, recent mod actions. The number that tells you whether your moderation team is keeping up — or whether they need help.
- 04
Engagement over time
Coming Q3Daily-active members, posts, comments, reactions on a 30-day rolling window. Trend lines that catch slow declines before they become problems and surface the days that drove spikes.
- 05
Category health
Coming Q4Activity bars per category with "quiet for 14d" warning chips on cold ones. Helps you prune dead channels and double down on the ones that are working without guessing.

No surveillance
ShippedWe don't track members across the open web. No behaviour graphs, no ad networks, no cross-site cookies. The numbers come from forum activity, not from following anyone around.
- 01Stat strip + contributors + queue depth read live from the forum's database — no aggregation lag for the headline numbers.
- 02Historical rollups run on a daily cron at 06:00 UTC; trend lines and week-over-week comparisons come from those.
- 03Per-tenant cache (Upstash) busts on writes that affect the numbers, so the dashboard updates within seconds of a member posting or reacting.
- 04Export the raw numbers as CSV or JSON if you want to run your own analysis or feed a third-party tool.
- 05No member-level tracking pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, no fingerprinting. The dashboard sees what the forum sees — nothing more.
- Daily aggregation, not minute-by-minute
Historical trends roll up once a day. The stat strip and contributors are live; the charts are 24-hour resolution. Most owners don't need finer than that — and the cost of computing it would show up in the price.
- No per-member behaviour graphs
You can see a member's post count and reaction count. You can't see what they read, what they hovered on, or how long they spent on a page. That's a deliberate floor — we don't collect what we wouldn't want collected on us.
- No external analytics integrations yet
No Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Segment in V4.1. Export-then-import if you have a stack. A clean integration path is on the V4.2+ horizon.
